The hotel has rooms that need a serious update but comes with a thoughtful touch of a bottle of wine, glasses, and candies with a 'best wishes' message. The location is excellent, right across from the Atlantic Ocean and within walking distance to Victorian homes and shopping. The service was friendly and accommodating. However, the dining experience fell short, pushing us to explore nearby options. Overall, a good value for money stay with some areas that could be improved.

I was on the third floor of a walk-up, which was a bit tough, and my room was in the worst location. Although the rooms were small, outdated, and had mold on the carpets around the sink and refrigerator area, they were clean but a bit rundown. However, the price was good compared to similar places in Cape May.
